I've owned design end-to-end at a startup and a nonprofit, from initial discovery through to final handoff, and I know how to move fast without cutting corners. I collaborate closely with engineers, ask questions before I open Figma, and treat deadlines as a constraint to design around, not ignore. I'm not looking for just any role. I want to join a team where the bar is high, the problems are real, and the work is meaningful.
